Cancelation Policy 01/28/2008

If you cancel: Registration fees for cancellations received 5 working days or more prior to a program can be refunded, less a $5.00 processing fee.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations received 5 or fewer business days prior to a program.  However, full payment can be transferred to future programs regardless of when the cancellation was made.

If we cancel: Occasionally The Sales Association may have to cancel or reschedule programs due to low enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control.   If the association must cancel or postpone a program, registrants are offered the option of receiving a full refund or maintaining payment on credit to be applied to the rescheduled program or to another program or service of the customer's choice.
